For the Little Man

I couldn't resist the awesomeness of this old hoodie. I think the detailing from the button hole near the neck, to the hexagonal (a word?) shape of the front pocket, is nothing short of spectacular. I hope lil Phoenix likes it.

Meatballs (2x)

Went to a party put on by Band of Outsiders and Mr. Porter where they screened one of my favorite movies of all time Meatballs. But, the kicker is that the dudes from Animal catered it and gave us all Meatball sandies to chow down on while watching this Bill Murray classic. They screened the movie at Hollywood Forever Cemetery which was a nice touch.

deTails

Some of these older shirts have some interesting details. I haven't seen the adidas logo on the right side of the chest before. Inneresting stuff, no?

Wary Meyers Shop

Wary Meyers is one of those sites that I usually check a couple times a day and it never disappoints. Whether talking about some of the crazy projects he is working on or estate sales he hits up in Florida, it's always intriguing. Now, you can buy some of those unique items he found in Key West or up in Maine. Here are some of my favorite things from the shop.

thanks to YHBHS for the tip on this one.

Old & New

Picked up both of these and can't tell which ones I like more. The pair on the left are from a an old pair of military pants that I had cut off. The ones on the right are from Shipley & Halmos and are a bit shorter. I have way too many pairs of green shorts.

Foot SOLEdiers

My uber-talented girlfriend just cut this video and couldn't help but immediately post it to the site. Companies like TOMS are what make this world a better place. Some people/companies talk about doing great stuff, other's (see video), simply make it happen.

Double RL : All in the Details

The one thing about RRL that I really like is their attention to detail. It seems that with every piece they put out comes a distinct tag and/or label with it. Is it a bit much? I guess if anyone can pull it off, they aka Ralph can.

Lisa Eisner for Oliver Peoples

We've seen Lisa's work with photography but she's also quite nifty with a video camera. She recently shot a campaign for Oliver Peoples at the swank Rainbow House. In front of the camera was none other than Devendra Banhart, whom also provided a tune for the short film, and some attractive female model/actress.
Here are some stills from the shoot along with the video. Enjoy!
